Stratum is a supplemental facility to those who are homeless. Amenities  such as, ADA showers, restrooms, laundry, and animal care  were provided. The concept for the building was Maslows Hierarchy of needs. Our goal was to provide a place where people can back up the pyramid to become a functioning member of society again.
